Ginger-Lemongrass Limeade Recipe

Infused with spicy ginger and subtle lemongrass, it’s practically bursting with the flavors of Southeast Asia. Surprise your guests with a glass this summer—they’ll be impressed by the twist.

Ginger-Lemongrass Limeade

Yield: 4 cups

Ingredients

2 lemongrass stalks, chopped
1 (1-inch) piece ginger, roughly chopped
Juice of 5 limes
Raw honey, to taste
Mint leaves, for serving

Instructions

Place lemongrass and ginger in a saucepan with 4 1/2 cups water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, cover, and let simmer 10 minutes. Turn off heat and let infuse 30 minutes. Stir in lime juice and honey to taste. Transfer to a pitcher or bowl, then store in fridge until ready to serve. Serve with ice and mint leaves.
