Chocolate Protein Fudge Recipe

We’re not fudging around—this recipe has some serious protein power. It combines raw cacao powder, coconut oil, and crunchy walnuts for a perked up afternoon or indulgent evening bite. The recipe makes 16, but watch out because we’re pretty sure they’ll disappear fast!

Chocolate Protein Fudge

Yield: 16 (1-inch) squares
Active Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 2 hours

Ingredients

1 ½ cups cacao powder
1 cup coconut oil, melted
1 scoop (2 ½ tablespoons) Health Warrior Chocolate Protein Powder
¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
¾ cup maple syrup
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

Overlap 2 pieces of parchment paper in an 8 x 8-inch pan, leaving a 2-inch overhang on each side. Add all ingredients except walnuts to a food processor and process until smooth. Spoon into the pan and spread evenly; sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours, then cut into 1-inch squares. Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
