Founded in New Zealand in 2002, Heilala Vanilla partners with farming communities in The Kingdom of Tonga. To create its rich pastes, extracts, and sugars, the vanilla is grown in rich soil and dried in the Polynesian sun before being cold-pressed and slow-extracted.
