Introducing lemonade’s first cousin, pineapple and vanilla soda! This sweet tropical drink warms pineapple juice, honey, and vanilla bean on the stove to get the flavors dancing, then serves it chilled over ice with a splash of sparkling water. Cheers!

6 cups pineapple juice
2 tablespoons Thrive Market Raw Unstrained Honey
1 vanilla bean, halved
Ice
Sparkling water
Mint, for garnish
Add pineapple juice and honey to a medium saucepan and warm over medium heat, stirring until honey dissolves. Add vanilla bean and simmer for 5 minutes; discard vanilla bean. Let cool.
Fill a tall glass with ice, then pour in pineapple juice mixture halfway; top with sparkling water. Gently stir, and garnish with mint before serving.
